Fine Arts Academy Transfers

Documents Needed:

Please submit the following documents ALL TOGETHER. You can email them directly to darlene.hall@austinisd.org. 

  • Proof of residence-current utility bill (gas or electric), mortgage statement or lease agreement from the last 45 days
  • Birth certificate
  • Up-to-date Immunization record or notarized exemption
  • Report card/withdrawal paperwork from previous school
  • Special Program? 504, ESL, GT, etc.
  • Social Security
  • Parent/guardian photo ID (must match the name on the proof of residence and birth certificate)
  • Proof of guardianship (if applicable)
  • Court documents pertaining to your student (if applicable)

*Please note: If you have never attended a school in Texas, you will need to complete a Home Language Survey & Questionnaire

Parent Self-Serve:

The AISD Portal allows families to view their student’s schedule, attendance, and grades. In addition, families can email teachers and set notification alerts if they want to receive emails when their student has been marked absent or has a missing assignment.

How Do I Access Self-Serve?

1. Parents must first log into the AISD Portal (portal.austinisd.org)*:

2. Download the AISD Mobile App to access Self Serve on your mobile device. Below are instructions in PDF Format that will guide you through accessing Self Serve through the AISD Mobile App.

Messages from Austin ISD
