Submit your Salute Awards Nominations today!

Salute is AISD’s annual celebration to recognize some of the district’s outstanding team members for their continued dedication to student excellence and achievement in our schools.

Big news! For 2024, we're expanding our Salute Awards and recognizing campus staff in TEN categories! District employees, students, families, and the community are invited to submit a nomination for staff members they believe represent the very best of AISD in the following categories:

• Campus Clerical/Office Support Staff of the Year
• Teaching Assistant of the Year
• Custodial/Facilities Maintenance Staff of the Year
• Transportation Staff of the Year
• Food Service/Warehouse Staff of the Year
• Campus Safety and Security Staff of the Year
• Librarian of the Year
• Counselor of the Year
• Assistant Principal of the Year (Includes Academy Directors & Academic Deans)
• Principal of the Year

Your nominees will have the option to continue in the award process! The winners will be celebrated at our Salute Awards ceremony on May 8th, where we will also honor Teachers of Promise and Teachers of the Year.

Nominations will close Friday, February 9 at 5pm.

Salute es la celebración anual de AISD para reconocer a miembros sobresalientes del equipo del distrito por su continua dedicación a la excelencia y el rendimiento estudiantil en nuestras escuelas.

¡Grandes noticias! ¡Para 2024, ampliaremos nuestros premios Salute y reconoceremos al personal del campus en DIEZ categorías! El personal del distrito, los estudiantes, las familias y la comunidad están invitados a presentar una nominación por miembros del personal que crean que representan lo mejor de AISD en las siguientes categorías:

• Personal administrativo/de apoyo de oficina del campus del año
• Asistente de enseñanza del año
• Personal de conserjería/mantenimiento de instalaciones del año
• Personal de transporte del año
• Personal de almacén/servicio de alimentos del año
• Personal de seguridad del campus del año
• Bibliotecario/a del año
• Consejero/a del año
• Subdirector/a del año (incluye directores de academia y decanos académicos)
• Director/a del año

Los ganadores serán celebrados en nuestra ceremonia de premios Salute el 8 de mayo, donde también honraremos a los Maestros prometedores y a los Maestros del año.

Las nominaciones cerrarán 9 de febrero a las 5pm.
